No. You do not have to be physically fit to join the class.  

A lot o four members value their health and join our classes to improve their overall health and fitness.

We teach kids depending on their readiness level.   Some of our students start as young as 5 years old.  

Our Kids and Youth programs are designed for kids of all ages, including pre-teens and teenagers. 

Children in our program learn to respect and understand the effectiveness of sticks as a tool that may hurt you or save your life.

They are taught to both defend against it and to use it if needed.

That is why respect, discipline and focus are very much some of the key principles we emphasize with our athletes.

Yes.  We believe that Filipino Martial Arts is for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels.   

From our perspective, if you are open to learning, curious and willing to make mistakes as part of the process, then you can learn Filipino Martial Arts.

We have students of different ages...with some who started after their retirement from the workforce.

We run our programs at various locations in the GTA.

Our main school is located in Whitby, Ontario.  

We also teach in Brampton and Hamilton Ontario.

Our instructors are constantly learning to ensure our students receive the best instruction and information within the FMA community.
